[Qgis-developer] Pan icons inconsistency

Hi all,

in latest master there is an inconsistency in icons for "pan" action.
"Pan map" action has icon with hand, while "Pan to selection" still
used four-directional arrow. For me this is worse than having two
similar icons.

Should we revert 66a7afa8e669504 or homogenize "Pan to selection"
icon to make icons consistent? Opinions?
