[Qgis-developer] Error in DB Manager

Hi all.
On Windows, in rev b429bcf, I cannot drag&drop shapefiles to PostGIS; 
getting systematical built-in method name of QgsVectorLayer object at 
0x10DC2E40
Does anyone confirm? Is this a real bug?
