[Qgis-developer] How to create a QGIS windows installer with GUI customization

thanks a lot for your answer!! :) 

Do you also know if there is a way to adjust the QGIS options in the new
installer. For example I want the "On-the-fly-projection"-option to be
activated, when QGIS is started. Is it possible to include that in the
installer?
