[Qgis-developer] offline editing plugin

Hi

I have a couple of issues found using the offline editing, and I would
like to file a couple of tickets.
Where can I find its issue tracker and relative source code repository?
Or is it now part of QGIS core? (as it came together with QGIS installation)
