[Qgis-developer] How to make my plugin project page a subproject of "User Plugins" or delete it

In order to create a Project page for my Multipart Split plugin, I followed
the instructions in http://plugins.qgis.org/, and created a new project.
but now I can't find how to make it a subproject of "User Plugins".

>From some search on google, I found that it could be done directly by using
the following link
http://hub.qgis.org/projects/new?parent_id=qgis-user-plugins. That would be
the correct way to do it, but I can't find how to delete the Project I
created.

Can someone, with the right management powers, make my project a
sub-project or simply delete it?
