[Qgis-developer] New website

Hi all.

for the next HF, my aim would be to setup and publish our new rst based website, and
cleanup all the obsolete stuff, in wiki and elsewhere. Please let us know:
* who is willing (and have time) to cooperate in this effort
* do you see any blocking factor?
One issue that I see could prevent publication when content is ready is about
styling: are we going to publish it as it stands now in http://docs.qgis.org or do we
want some fancy-looking stuff, html5 and the like? How to make styling more uniform
with the (rather dull IMHO) ones used in hub and plugins?

Also, I would like to consolidate the lengthy discussion about the logo. I think we
mostly agree our logo needs at least a cleanup and revamp, possibly a brand new one.
Now would be the right time to do it. I see two possible roads:
* start a contest among users (many of our power users have graphic designers in
their staff)
* seek a professional designer, and start a bid about it.
