[Qgis-developer] List of translators to be updated

Hi all.
I moved the list of translators, from:

http://hub.qgis.org/wiki/quantum-gis/Project_Organigram

to our new structure:

https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Documentation

Both the old page and the new list are probably obsolete, and possibly
duplicated somewhere else. Please check, and move the content to the
appropriate pages. It would be good to close the old wiki page. I can
help if necessary.
