[Qgis-developer] Splash screen for 2.0

Hi Stefan,
Good idea. This version - because the italian part is white, would even
leave some space for the QGIS logo ;-)
Who will design the splash screen?
Should I go ahead and ask Swisstopo for permission? I think that even
for the Dufour or Siegfried maps we should ask for permission. Even if
the copyright has expired.
