[Qgis-developer] Splash screen for 2.0

Not a fan of the yellow around the text.  I think it makes it look a bit
cheap.

I would vote for
https://www.dropbox.com/s/7pn14e6jtty6bhs/qgis_green.jpgbecause the
green text looks better in that one.  The logo could be moved
to the bottom but the lime green looks nicer then the dark green.
