[Qgis-developer] A new plugin has been created by 3nids.

You have this available in SAGA through SEXTANTE. It is called Add
Grid Values To Points and it has Nearest Neighbor,  Bilinear
Interpolation, Inverse Distance Interpolation,  Bicubic Spline
Interpolation and B-Spline Interpolation available
