Next HF is approaching, time to start organizing.
I would suggest:
* for the organizers, to let me know about local budget, and global needs
* for the participants, to book their flight early, to keep costs down, and let me
know if they need support, with an estimate
* it would be good if we stay at the same hotel, so logistics is easy, and contacts
are maximised: can we agree on one?
