[Qgis-developer] QGIS Tips - very long and sometimes too technical for standard users

Hi Jana!

You are very welcome to shorten this tips and write new ones.
I think this part of QGIS has not been paid a lot attention since it has
been created so if you'd like to take it.

Either make a pull request or send your suggestions to me and I will take
care of them..
