[Qgis-developer] SIP API Update

[Etienne Tourigny]

I have done some more fixing of GdalTools.

What remains are the algorithms in the Conversion and Analysis menus - most
work left is tedious work changing QString->str and QStringList->list

help and testing would be appreciated. Any volunteers?
