Hi all.
I found during courses that people like a lot seeing that behind QGIS there is real
people. This helps understanding the open source/free paradigm.
Therefore, I would suggest:
* to include one of the HF pictures in the splash screen
* to add back the pictures of the developers (for those who agree, of course).
