[Qgis-developer] plugin rt_mapserver_exporter ported to 2.0 (experimental)

Hi Luca,

the original one... I hadn't time (at this moment) to check the other
fork in detail, I centered my work in porting, so I can't say anything
about merging different tree or cherry-picking commits.... any
suggestions?
