[Qgis-developer] Active iterator errors

Hey all,

I have just pushed some commits that should hopefully fix the already open
active iterator issue we have been having. At the moment only the ogr and
mssql can have more then one active iterator but the postgis and spatialite
driver will follow soon.

This should fix the follow issue and any of the sub issues:
