[Qgis-developer] Presentations at 9th QGIS developer meeting in Valmiera

Hello all 9th developer meeting potential visitors.

In parallel to hacking event on 12th of April is planned a
presentation session about QGIS and it's success stories aimed at QGIS
users from Latvia. Currently we have reserved two time slots for QGIS
representatives to give two talks about "What is QGIS and what to
expect from upcoming release?" (aka. the new cool stuff) and "How can
You help QGIS project". Thus on behalf of event organisers, I kindly
ask some of participants to step forward and give those talks (in
English).

Please let us know if You are willing to spread the word.

Preliminary event programme is available in Google doc. It is editable
for anyone. Feel free to add Your name and preliminary title.
