[Qgis-developer] SIP API Update

so plugin authors would potentially need to maintain 2 versions of their
plugins, on for qgis <= 1.8 and one for qgis >=2.0.
This is probably easier than adding a bunch of if statements where sip1 and
spi2 need different syntax I guess,
