[Qgis-developer] Layer not shown

Hi

I'm using qgis 2.0.1 64 bits on ubuntu 12.04.
I got one l:ayer, a point layer named points.shp.

When I scroll the map, the vector layers appear and disappear without reason.

Any idea ? Is this a bug ? If yes, is there a bug tracker that I can feed ?
