[Qgis-developer] Unable to create subproject of User Plugins at hub.qgis.org

Hi all,

I want to create a subproject of User Plugins at hub.qgis.org, but there is
no create new Subproject option avalaible. So I created a new project, named 
Vertices Counter <http://hub.qgis.org/projects/vertices-counter>   to
complete the required metadata for my plugin, but it's not a subproject of
User Plugins. Is it possible my project to be moved under "User Plugins" by
the Administrator or should I follow another procedure?
