agreed: let's reduce duplication.
in this case, I would distribute the html manual along with the
application, and point the context help to the relevant page.
before dropping the context help, please documenters check that all
the content is also present in the manual (e.g. I have found the
description of Heatmap plugin quite good in the CH, unsure if it's
also on the manual).
