[Qgis-developer] new server

Hi Alex,

I apologize for my, out of context, comment on "privacy" and "NSA". I
understand that OSGeo and our existing QGIS servers do not contain any
known backdoor for NSA & Co. It is just that we are quite uncomfortable
with the actions that the US/UK (and other European) governments are
undertaking in the disguise of "security".

We value the work and efforts you, Alex, OSGeo and others did for us.
Thanks a lot! Nevertheless, we had performance issues with the QGIS
servers, esp. for the Redmine instance (hub.qgis.org) - at least in the
country where I live. So I think it is quite useful to add additional
server resources to make the overall system more reliable.
