I've taken the example nmea snippit from:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NMEA_0183

But it is not working for me.

Can you please give some general information about how to use it in? I
ticked all checkboxes but still no points are shown to me.

Maybe start with writing something down in the README.md at github,
provide a working nmea file with it (just in the zip)?
