[Qgis-developer] grass plugin missing from (nightly) standalone installer

Hi all,
not sure if is something that should worry, but I noticed that in the
nigtly windows standalone installer there is no grass plugin and grass
itself (installed by same installer) is not working ("The procedure
entry point libintl_setlocale could not be located in the dynamic link
library libintl-8.dll"). Should I file a ticket?
