[Qgis-developer] Thanks for the hackfest

Hi

My apologies, I meant to include Kamran in my original message. Kamran was
a huge help to hackfest, and an extremely likeable and cheerful fellow who
played a huge part in my personal enjoyment of the event and I am sure to
the experience of others too. Thanks Kamran!
