[Qgis-developer] QGIS 2.0 Win standalone busted

also the "Add Delimited Text" tool still shows in the plugins (with
the old icon) and when activated crashes qgis.

Considering also the issues with processing in the standalone
installers, and the error message that shows in 64 bit installers
