[Qgis-developer] Reprojection problem

My problem is that I do not know how to change the path in Qgis. In the "On the fly projection" dialog box, the string specifying how to reproject is read only. There must be a file where this string is specified but I don't know where.

Am I the only one facing this "on the fly" projection problem ?
