[Qgis-developer] Point sampling tool

Hi Paolo
I have used Point Sampling tool in the past and it is a bit slow for large
number of points. Ideally will be great to have this:
http://gis-lab.info/qa/extract-values-rasters-eng.html

(works only for rasters)
in the processing.
