I'm searching for the same fabulous tool as georeferencer, but for
vectors!!!
At least to get transformation parameters?
To develop?

Thanks. The beauty of the Point Sampling plugin is that it works both for
vectors and for rasters, in one shot.
I still see it reasonable to add it to Processing.
