[Qgis-developer] Building on OSX - QgsAbstractFeatureIteratorFromSource

Ok. cracked it.  But in the process ended up upgrading to Mavericks to
install Xcode 5+.

A few tips for those building on OSX.

- The homebrew installers are helpful for the dependencies
- use make rather than make -j# on the main build
