[Qgis-developer] Identify tool and layer choice

Hi,

The new layer-choice mode with the drop-down menu is great. It should be
the default mode of the identify tool in the future, in my opinion.

However, I saw that if there is a single result you still get the layer
choice menu with just a single choice. This could be improved to open
the form directly without having to make a choice first. We have a an
option in the "Map Tools" settings called "Open feature form, if a
single feature is identified" - in my opinion this setting should be
honored if checked.

Who did this layer choice implementation? Could this be improved?
