[Qgis-developer] Problems uploading plugin to repository

Hi QGIS Developers

I have written a QGIS plugin but I am struggling to upload it to the
repository.

I get the following error

In my zip file I have a metadata.txt and the __init__.py file but it is in
the top level.

The uploading seems to only look in the folders and not the rest of the zip
file.

I have checked other plugins and they all have these files at the top level

Can someone please help me get my zip uploaded?
