[Qgis-developer] Modes of Identify Tools removed?

Hey Andreas,

Yes I removed these because there were inconstant in there usage and caused
a lot of confusion. The options have all been moved to the identify dock
and can be change while using the tool. The auto open form checkbox has
also been moved there. Because auto opening the attribute form is not
always something that you want to do it doesn't make sense to make it a
option in the Options dialog.

The identify dock is now also always opened and contains the results even
if there is only one. This is to make the experience with the tool more
constant. The previous method of sometime opening the dock, sometimes the
attribute table, sometimes having features, other times not, is way too
confusing.

The identify dock is now a forced dock because it also doesn't make sense
to have it a dialog window. If you need it floating you can tear it off
like the legend. The best method for the dock is now to dock behind or
under one of the other docks, I normally go below the legend.
