[Qgis-developer] Downtime Notice for some OSGeo Hosted sites

The following sites will be down later today for hardware maintenance
starting at approximately

Outage will likely take an hour or less.

All OSGeo hosted Trac & SVN instances. OSGeo based Logins will also
likely by down.
