[Qgis-developer] compiling qgis with MS visual 2008

I really am disappointed because I can not manage to compile the source code
qgis on any platform Mac / Windows 7 nor with MinGW or Visual Studio
still there are problems somewhere even though I followed the instructions
on figurative
