Are you starting your shell for building by running the batch file as
indicated here [0]?

If so, it should be finding the Qt installed in OSGeo4W, not the C:/Qt
install. It seems like you have another build environment, in addition to
OSGeo4W already installed.

Note: the INSTALL doc may be out-of-date, and you may have to edit the
batch file contents to reflect the current setup of OSGeo4W, as indicated
in INSTALL.

When posting build issue questions like these, please add more context as
to what your build setup is, and what you have already tried. For example,
you noted:

> I really am disappointed because I can not manage to compile the source
code qgis on any platform Mac/ Windows 7 nor with MinGW or Visual Studio ...

However, there was no followup by you regarding previous emails to the list
with build directions and help offered to you. We would like to help you
get QGIS compiled, but it is difficult to discern what you have done in
your attempts to do so.

You have posted multiple times for similar issues. Please try to limit the
conversation to one thread, so others can logically follow along and look
back over what you have tried.

For larger code snippets and logs, consider using an online paste board,
e.g. https://gist.github.com/ or http://osgeo.pastebin.com , etc., and
including the link(s) to code you have posted there.

Regards,

Larry
