[Qgis-developer] Regarding linear transformation in Georeferencer

Dear Sajid,

linear transformation (from my practice) use three unknowns
offset (Easting, Northing) and scale. No rotational angle.
The linear is not a good name for it.
E' = Eoffset + scale * E
N' = Noffset + scale * N
