[Qgis-developer] Reading a new type of file natively in QGIS

Hi Alex,
               The idea is to use these matrices for a plugin I am
developing (www.aequilibrae.com) and in all related transportation
analysis.  As of now, I am using matrices in the format you mentioned, but
it is practice in the transportation modeling world to visualize matrices
as such.  It is not a deal breaker or anything. Just something nice to have.
