[Qgis-developer] Current qgis-dev 32bit crashes on startup.

Hello all,

I just updated QGIS-dev for 32 bit OSGEO4W and it crashed on startup.
Attached is a "Entry Point Not Error" dialog box that mentions "?
RefreshSymbol at QgsComposerShape@@QAEXXZ"
