I added myself as a possible co-mentor for a newly added entry for
implementing the brand-spanking-new GeoPackage [0] support across QGIS. I
am not a student (for a long time now) so I can't offer to do the coding as
part of GSoC.

Anyone looking for a very worthy summer project might consider adopting
this work.

I think my ability to mentor a new provider roll out might be
underwhelming; so, if someone does decide to adopt the work, it would
probably need a co-mentor with more experience in that part of QGIS.
