[Qgis-developer] PyQT Version

Hi,

I'm planning to work on a new QGIS plugin and I would like to know about
the compatibility with QT versions. I heard that the 4.x works fine, but I
saw the 5.x on the Riverbank website so...
I take this opportunity to thank for your whole work :)
