[Qgis-developer] QGIS weekly builds not built in a while

Yes.  qgis.org space is constantly low - space freed by moving stuff off to the
new server is quickly used up by other stuff (probably the new website and
documentation).

I'm going to move the packaging of the weekly snapshot of qgis-dev in osgeo4w
to the new server too - but there still needs to be room on qgis.org to host
the results...
