[Qgis-developer] D&D form gone?

Hi Paolo,

Go to layer properties -> fields
in the combobox on top (attribute editor layot) choose "drag an drop 
designer"

it might be hidden on the right if you previously reduced the splitter 
to its minimum.

tested now on master, I believe it's not different from 2.2.
