[Qgis-developer] Heads-up: Freeze starts on 2014-01-24 (11 days away)

Merging something as major as multithreading this late in the game would
not be smart IMHO.  With our faster release cycle there is no harm in
holding this off until next release and we can test it fully and iron out
all the bugs.
