Is the wiki page current? Shouldn't we move the documentation to the main manual?

I tested the LAYERTITLE=FALSE
from
http://hub.qgis.org/projects/quantum-gis/wiki/QGIS_Server_Tutorial
declred available in QGIS 2.4.
But it don't seem work.
The legend title is not removed.
