[Qgis-developer] C++ plugin setMapTool access violations

Thanks for the immediate reply, Jürgen. I appreciate your help.
I've tried the master branch, and also a release build of my plugin; both
display the same crashes I described in my orignal message.
The code isn't published anywhere, but you can certainly see it if you are
willing to take a look at it. I can zip it up and send it (probably best
off list).
