Hi all.
We are discussing about bugfix releases. Please bear with us.
As this involves some extra work along the release and package chain, my personal
opinion is that users, and especially institutional users, with large installation
base, have their best interest in supporting this effort, thus releasing energies for
core development.
It would also help if you could maintain a list of fixes to be backported.
All the best.
