[Qgis-developer] Colour ramp descriptions missing in Win

Hi all.
Apparently, the descriptions of the colour ramps are missing from Win installations.
They are present in Debian and Ubuntu. I kind of remember a similar problem in 2.0,
but I'm unsure whether it was fixed.
Could anyone confirm? Is the bug still open?
