[Qgis-developer] Model builder missing the close button

And on my machine (debian 7.3 with gnome 3, 13" screen) in the print
composer there is not the maximize button. Can it be a a screen
resolution problem?

Moreover, if I open the layer properties window, I cannot
move/minimize/maximize the window without moving the entire qgis
window on the back. A gnome problem or just a problem with my computer?
