[Qgis-developer] Dockable mirror map issue

On master seems to work ok on Windows and Linux.

On 2.2:

On Linux I cannot make the mirror work at all.

On Windows seems to work in general. At some point it wasn't working
and the "trigger" to make it work wasn't enabling otfr but just
opening any dialog.
